Counselling and Psychotherapy for Children,Young People and Adults
Welcome!
We are so glad you’re here.
Your unique life experience will be met with curiosity and heart.
Most of us are doing our best.

Sometimes life throws us curveballs.

Life challenges can often leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and those we love.
Therapy supports us to discover more about our authentic selves and make sense of our experience.

Therapy can give children and young people tools for wellness and support their development and potential.

At Pella we believe every life has value and that our
uniqueness is our superpower.

Pella is on a Mission:

To empower and support the next generation.
To welcome individuals and communities home to themselves and increase connection.

To reduce the number of deaths by suicide.

Working with Children and Young People
Program Design and Facilitation

Amanda designs and delivers group programs for schools in urban, rural and remote communities and is continuously developing and refining content for school environments.

Amanda has delivered individual therapy, crisis support, psycho education and well-being sessions within primary and high schools.
Collaborating with school staff to tailor program content to suit individual needs within regions supports students to thrive. Increasing children's emotional literacy and self agency through early intervention and prevention programs fuels children and young people to have an increased sense of self.
