Your first session at Pella involves some questions about your circumstances and background to set the scene for therapy to occur well. This is a time for you to feel settled and to get a sense of the therapist you are working with. Together we work through your challenges and towards your desired outcomes. This is done in a relational way which will honour your life experience with curiosity and heart .
